Synopsis: kernel system time running fast

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: dwmalone
State-Changed-When: Tue Mar 4 13:15:59 PST 2003
State-Changed-Why:
There are a group of these motherboards with this problem.
It seems to be a problem with the ACPI time counter, but
Poul-Henning hasn't been able to find out exactly what it
is. The best solution people have come up with is to put
something like:

	kern.timecounter.hardware=TSC

in /etc/sysctl.conf.

	David.
