Hello,

With RELENG_7, the command "halt -p" sometimes (hardly in fact) turn off
the power, most of time I have to turn off the machine by myself.
On the same machine and with RELENG_6, "halt -p" never fails in turning
off the power.

The machine is UP, here's the kernel config file:
