Fresh cvsup of ports tree on a newly installed / updated FreeBSD-5.4PreRelease machine
Installation / configuration procedures for PGP6/Mutt do not work for either versions of Mutt in ports tree.

Generate PGP key pair as per instructions in PGPCmdLineGuide.pdf doc
Follow PGP set up at http://www.mutt.org/doc/PGP-Notes.txt
Compose email message
Elect to PGP sign the message
Enter passphrase when asked
Press "Y" at the end of passphrase entering

Error Generated in Mutt (either version):

pgp6: not found
cat: stdout: Broken pipe
Press any key to continue...

Pressing enter here returns you to the message "pre-send" window where you can only then 
Abort, clear PGP signing request, or quit Mutt
