I've tried this before... twice back in my IRC days when someone would
really make it a point to ping flood me whenver I logged on.  The ISP
never did a thing.  Because of this, I've lost alot of faith in how ISP's
handle these matters.

What's worse is that one of these people was part a system administrator
and "security specialist" of some New York web development firm.  Now, how
do you complain against someone who you'd normally file the complaint
with?
