well..  I was reading through the cvs logs for the ipx stuff...  and
noticed some log entries that state `Make IPXIP work' (author jhay,
reviewed by gpalmer)...  and was wondering if this is true, then shouldn't
the LINT file be updated to show a comment of IPXIP working?
