The other is "raw". Meanwhile HP's brain dead lpd will accept any 
printer name other than "raw" or "text". I think it defaults to raw.

When FreeBSD's lpq blocks, I know my job is still on the brain dead HP. 
When the job clears the printer, lpq finally replies with something 
stupid.
