Why?

libPropList have not include any X11's header file,
and have not link to any X11's library,
WHY the PREFIX should be /usr/X11R6?

If the reason is "xdm need it, xdm is the X application",
Should I add "USE_X_PREFIX" to glib ports?
because gtk need it, and gtk is the X11 GUI library?
