Yeah, setting the array cards on compaq machines is done via the Compaq Smart Start (Or F10) Boot options. Keep in mind that you will need to do a full back up of the data on your array, This is in fact because when changes are made to the array card, the addressing changes and your data will be clobbered. I suggest a zero level file system dump. Please also note that the array OS option for Linux didn't appear until Smart Start Version 4.80 so you may also have to order a new disc from compaq ($15 shipping charge).
