FreeBSD 5.1-BETA installed from BETA1 ISO.

>Description:

When booting a Dell PowerEdge 6350 with the 5.1-BETA install CD, the video
output simply stops during bootup. The monitor goes to sleep. The boot
messages move pretty quickly, but it seems to blank out as soon as the
vga0 device is probed. Since video output is off and the machine appears
to be hung, I haven't been able to do much troubleshooting.

This same machine boots and install from the 4.8-RELEASE install CD
perfectly. I have done several make worlds with the 4.8-RELEASE source
code. I have also tried booting the 5.1-BETA install CD on another
PowerEdge 6350, with the same failure.

Since I can't get much data, I'm hoping that the dmesg output from
4.8-RELEASE might offer some hints why 5.1-BETA fails:
