I had similar problem with my Netfinity 3000. I went into setup and found
few options that may affect the remote reboot. I think they were 1) Boot
on Power On and 2) Reboot without keyboard. There may be few more options
that need to be changed from the default settings. Since my server is also
off-site, I cannot go look at the setup. It seem to reboot fine right now.
So far it has came on its own after two power failures (I need to replace
UPS battery!!!) and two remote reboot. I don't know if Netfinity 5000 has
similar boot time setup or not.
