Does anyone have a config file that supports anon users with upload capabilities, but disallows you to download files uploaded and or a config that enables everyone else to login as themselves and get the appropriate access they would normally get. I have attached my config file. It is pretty standard. It just doesn't let anyone log in. A little too secure I think!!!
