Yup; I've built a snapshot from r253860 which can be downloaded here: http://people.freebsd.org/~marius/re/FreeBSD-9.2-BETA2-i386/ and installs fine here in a VM having 128 MB of RAM. > Doing any kind of file/net IO > quickly leads to death.
