AFAIK, p5-User is not in Perl base.

Also, the port depends on File::Spec (in p5-PathTools), which is indeed
included in Perl base, but the version included in e.g. lang/perl5.8 is
3.12, and devel/p5-PathTools is at 3.19. I'm sure that users prefer the
updated version. So in general, please do not remove dependencies just
because they are present in lang/perl5{,.8}. Versioned dependencies go
some way towards this, but in the cases where modules in the Perl
distribution are also ported separately, it is probably a Good Thing
(tm) to keep the dependency, to ensure the users do not face problems
that have already been solved.
