Actually, no.  You can only use PPP's NAT facility *or* /sbin/natd (aka
natd_enable="YES" in /etc/rc.conf.)  Attempting to use both at the same
time will just cause problems.  If you don't have any special
requirements, PPP's NAT will work just fine.
