There are two mirroring products available for FreeBSD: ccd and vinum. Vinum is newer and offers more functionality (including RAID-5, but this version is not currently being distributed). Check ccd(4), ccdconfig(8), cinum(4) and vinum(8). Vinum is only on 3.0. If you're using 2.x, check http://www.lemis.com/vinum.html for more details about Vinum.
