Sorry don't know where to find it. Wu-ftpd is in the ports or packages trees in net/. (ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports-2.1.7/net/wu-ftpd or ../pub/FreeBSD/packages-2.1.7/net/wu-ftpd*).
