No, I never got a reply.  I am NOT a programmer so I don't really know how
to modify the script at all.  The script does work however and will
establish my connection if lost until I can get back to the machine and
restart my PPP manually.  I would LOVE it if the thing didn't eat all of
my CPU.  Perhaps someone that knows how to do scripting can come up with a
way to keep the process in the foreground.  If need be, I can post the
script to the list again.
