(Specifically Garmin_USB) I have never heard of anything that would allow a Linux binary driver to be loaded by FreeBSD, and I doubt it exists. Linux binary applications certainly can be run on FreeBSD, but not drivers. The only way would be to get the source code and port it over, and you'd probably have to make major changes.
