bootstrap 3 isn't in the ports tree, and bootstrap 2 doesn't strike me as a
good candidate for the ports tree.

I'm not sure that I understand who would use a port for a version that was
superseded almost a year ago? The port would never be updated as there will
never be another 2.x release.
