Assuming only actual ftp connections are blocked (and not also any URL
with 'ftp' in it), you should be able to visit:

http://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/
http://ftp1.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/
http://ftp2.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/
http://ftp3.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/
...etc.

A lot (but not all) of the main mirrors support http connections if you
just change the protocol header.
