As a slashdot reader, you should know that the legal stance behind
this is in some dispute.  They are selling a hunk of iron to the
public and at most can invalidate a warantee.  Once sold, you can do
anything you want with something.  My inlaws have the flower potted
rusting automobiles on their lawns to prove this...
