Subject: 2.2-RELEASE install.sh problems - false alarm

I reported a problem with using

install.sh all

of the source distribution.

This problem was introduced here locally. I transferred the
2.2-RELEASE as one big tar (80 MB) file over my local ISDN link
to my home machine and it seemed that some files got corrupted
due to a flaky local ethernet network.

Sorry for the false alarm.
