Well, since emacs21 is the latest release of Emacs, I think that
similar to autoconf/automake names should be used, i.e. editors/emacs
for the latest release (emacs-21.x now), and emacs20 for the older
emacs-20.x release.  Emacs 19.x can probably go away.
