Almost:

ifconfig_xl0_alias[number]="inet [newip]  netmask [your_netmask]"
...

If you have multiple IPs (apparently), and routes, you can try:

route_[name]="-net [IP] -netmask [netmask] [router_ip]"
...

and then: 

static_routes="[name_route1] [name_route2] ..."
