I understand that there is a firmware update out for the Multia (at least
from my version of SRM) but in the interests of Keeping It Working, I've
neglected to apply it.

I've already taken care of the heat problem, and use an external (Ex-Sun,
ironicly) 1G hard drive. The 525 MB internal (laptop) drive gave out long
ago. I'd say everything that has a good reason to fail has either already
failed or been supplimented. I have a mini-Boxer bolted on to the original
fan. Are there any other issues (like the 74F IC on the bottom that likes
to overheat) that you can think of?

I'd still like an answer on cross compiling... (please)
