I don't understand this point, even though it keeps popping up when
people mention changing root's shell to bash.  FreeBSD always prompts
for the shell to run in single-user mode, and always defaults to
/bin/sh.

If the intent is to form good habits with regard to other Unix
implementations, then that should be clearly stated, because otherwise
it misrepresents FreeBSD's handling of single-user mode.
