  I don't know, but I experience the very same trouble reported in 22762,
booting a kernel built from STABLE sources cvsupped about one week ago
(4.2-BETA): an infinite loop with errors like...

ahc0: brkadrint, Illegal Sequencer Address referrenced at seqaddr = 0x3

  So... why don't you send me your patch? I would be happy to try it... ;-)
