Today's commit fixed the issue.  Since devel/libtool15 actually  
installs libltdl/acinclude.m4 for possible later use, it needs to be  
patched.  Unfortunately, this affects the port in wanting to rebuild  
bits and pieces using various autotools.  It's not easily possible to  
depend on auto*, and would seriously obfuscate the port Makefiles, so  
I hacked around it.

libltdl/configure has also been patched.
