Any differences.  The formats are identical, but if your passwd file
refers to a group which either doesn't exist on your FreeBSD box, or
which has a different number, you'll have to do something about it.

Not that I know of.  On the whole, FreeBSD is pretty good on security,
but it's not perfect, of course.
