I suspect that your port structure is out of date. I just tried it and 
saw the following

ruby# cd /usr/ports/sysutils/mkisofs
ruby# make fetch
 >> cdrtools-1.11a21.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in 
/usr/ports/distfiles/.
 >> Attempting to fetch from 
ftp://ftp.fokus.gmd.de/pub/unix/cdrecord/alpha/.
Receiving cdrtools-1.11a21.tar.gz (1432401 bytes): 100%
1432401 bytes transferred in 17.6 seconds (79.58 kBps)
