Industrial Comp Source, also has a bootable pcmcia card adapter. The rear panel accessable model goes for about 250$

A bootable CDROM would probably make more sense. I don't know if any current BIOS supports booting from ATAPI.

Has anyone gotten a PCMCIA flash card to boot, either in software or
hardware? This idea has come up before and would be very nice to have
for a x86/BSD based router.
