The following is an example of error messages we are encountering when we
attempt to use "include" statements in our aliases file.  
Currently, file permissions:

All files past and directories past /usr are set to 777
owner:  root   group: wheel

---ERROR MESSAGE------

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<affma@dfdcmla1.hq.af.mil>
:include:/usr/groups/compile/AFFMA.LST
    (expanded from: <affma@dfdcmla1.hq.af.mil>)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
550 :include:/usr/groups/compile/AFFMA.LST... Cannot open
/usr/groups/compile/AFFMA.LST: World writable directory
554 <affma@dfdcmla1.hq.af.mil>... aliasing/forwarding loop broken
