Hello again! I just realized; do you (for som strange reason:) mount the cd without the RockRidge extension, so that it looks the same as in msdos? Better no, if you want to us it for installing. Anyway, it can be done: try using mount_c9660 directly: mount_cd9660 -r /dev/wcd0c /cdrom You get all lowercase, 8+3. /palle
