HI all. I'm going to expand on another person's question about cvsup
behind a proxy and as a similar, but unique question in regards to that.

How do I install ports when I'm behind a firewall or proxy that blocks all
but the most basic ports? How do I specify the proxy server so that I can
still install my ports?
