Turns out backing out rev 1.8.2.11 of sys/dev/sound/pci/csa.c eliminated
the panic for me. I don't know how representative my experience is,
presumably this panic doesn't happen on all hardware or it wouldn't be
committed. However, I'd rather see still-broken sound on resume than
panic on resume in a -RELEASE.
