>Description:
Seems there're no good configuration file
to re-define MASTER_SITE_* without make
changes in bsd.sites.mk.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just in case, if I want to fetch GNOME from
a site that doesn't exist in bsd.sites.mk
files, I may add this record in bsd.sites.mk,
next time I 'cvs update' the ports tree, cvs
overwrite the record, or I need to merge them
again.
>Fix:
My suggestion is same as the solution which
OpenBSD using, include one files (copy of
bsd.sites.mk) if the files exist, and modifly
that file instead of bsd.sites.mk, patches
and document here :

http://www.shellhung.org/FreeBSD/patches/bsd.port.mk-2.patch
