I know that, it simply shares the networking directory with it.

And if it were in the netcon directory, Dennis would *really* be going
ballistic here. :-) The only reason netcon isn't also under networking
is that I'd already documented its position in the hierarchy before I
started moving stuff around into categories, and it would have
broken/confused a few things.
