Synopsis: STLport-4.0 include directories are wrong

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: pat
State-Changed-When: Mon Dec 3 23:09:18 PST 2001
State-Changed-Why:
../include is the right place (check the pre-build target added by
rev 1.11 of the port Makefile) ln -sf /usr/include/g++ ../include
may be ugly but it gets the job done with minimal patching.
