	Blargh.  I followed the instructions on 
<http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/stable.html>, but didn't realize 
that it was going to create a /etc/cvsupfile that had "." for a 
default tag.  Now I get to reset that to "RELENG_3" (which is what I 
really wanted in the first place), and start all over again.

	Fortunately ssh 1.2.27 doesn't like 4.0-CURRENT (the assembly 
tweaks don't apply), and it tipped me off that something strange was 
going on.


	Of course, I've now re-learned the lesson for the 
umpteen-bazillionth time to *never* trust the default configuration 
files that will be created for you.

	Sigh....
