>Description:
I write this PR in order to suggest the deletion of the
textproc/gdict port that I am currently maintaining.

	The reasons are as follows:

	1. There are alternatives to this port, e.g. textproc/dict.
	2. Development of this program seems to have been cancelled.
	3. It is no longer available. (ok, this would not be the problem)
