Fascinating, another way is to ask someone in your "core" group to
see if they are interested in taken on the task. 

David Greeman comes to mind and probably in his case is a matter of 
balancing his priorities . He appears to be cool level headed ,
technically competent, and has experience in terms of architecture and drivers.
