Today I submitted a PR ports/28721.  I did receive an email from gnats that
the PR was received, and it did appear on the freebsd-ports mailing list.
But when I looked on the PR web site it was gone.

Actually the PR was not a great PR, and I don't mind it being gone (so no
need to resurrect it) but it is worrying that it just "disappeared".
