Exit out of Pine, su to root (assuming that you are part of the wheel
group, if not, logout and log in as root) and run the following command:

cd /usr/ports/www/lynx ; make && make install

If it states that /user/ports/www/lynx could not be found, then the
Portls connection wasn't installed.
