Is it worthwhile adding some more MASTER_SITE_SUNSITEs? There are currently
only three defined, two in North America and one in finland.
${MASTER_SITE_SUNSITE}/MIRRORS currently lists some 76 mirror sites -
obviously we wouldn't want to list them all, but some alternatives might be
good.

When I get the chance, I might look at a mechanism for selecting the closest
master site based on country code, or possibly even doing some crude RTT
testing to find the site with best connectivity.
