Two of my machines crash when i try to use ral(4) based wireless adapters in them, the one uses PCI card and the other is laptop with pcmcia card. What i did on the laptop is : kldload if_ral, insert the card, and ifconfig ral0 media autoselect mode autoselect mediaopt monitor.
