Just a small sidenote: on FreeBSD 5.2.1 openpty() and posix_openpt() still work like it should, but ptsname() (and thus grantpt()) are broken. There is not much I can do here, because RELENG_5's ptsname() assumes the master device uses certain major/minor device numbers. This was already broken before the MPSAFE TTY import. --=20 Ed Schouten <ed@80386.nl> WWW: http://80386.nl/ --M1lIPOuAmSAnVOEu Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (FreeBSD) iEYEARECAAYFAkixNWgACgkQ52SDGA2eCwXoBwCfd4CXFc2AYyzogYtyeezbkhAs z5AAnjYIGxslFpxlOs1d6CL454xxdcN/ =dr7Q -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --M1lIPOuAmSAnVOEu--
