This version doesn't have the same gumby "I use zircon, so should you!" 
default signoff message anymore - It doesn't have a default signoff at all 
it seems, so I lost the recent change to patch-ab. 

The place to put it would be to create a ${PREFIX}/lib/zircon/rc, but then 
we'd have to guard against trashing an existing rc file, so I didn't think 
it was worth the effort.
