Hi! Sure, I'll try it. But, from where (i.e. which directory) should I apply
it, and with which value N for patch -pN?

And then what? 

'# cd /usr/src/sys && make && make install' followed by a reboot and
do a crash test?

(Or should I rebuild/reinstall world?)
