 	Having looked over the PR, I agree that it is a more general
 change.  Until it takes a final my PR does bring mode_php4 inline with
 p5-Apache for referencing the base Apache package.
 
 	I am a little leary of including so much Apache specific
 information in the bsd.ports.mk file.  It's not a stock part of a system
 like perl, yacc and flex.
