(1) Can anybody tell me the different usages of those copy-on-write
flags: MAP_COPY_NEEDED (MAP_ENTRY_COPY_NEEDED), MAP_COPY_ON_WRITE
(MAP_ENTRY_COW), and MAP_NOFAULT (MAN_ENTRY_NOFAULT)?

(2) I guess the field is_main_map is never used (just like shared map). Is
that correct?

Any help is appreciated.
